Why Should I Become a Church Member?
Becoming a member of Christ Community Church is about more than belonging—it’s about becoming. It’s a declaration that you’re committed to following Jesus and walking alongside others in community. Membership is a covenant, a spiritual promise to journey with God and His people. As Ecclesiastes 5:4–5 reminds us, “When you make a vow to the Lord, do not delay in fulfilling it… It is better not to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it.”
At CCC, membership is a way of saying, “I’m all in.” It’s how we clarify the blessings and responsibilities of life together, encourage consistency and accountability, and reflect the loving unity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It also positions you to live out God’s call for your life through the shared mission and vision of this church family.
How Do I Become a Member?
Your membership journey begins with Be The Church Online, a self-paced, online experience that introduces you to our mission, vision, and beliefs. It’s the informational portion of our membership process and helps you understand what it means to fully engage with our church family.
After completing the online class, you’ll be invited to an in-person Membership Luncheon where you’ll connect with church leaders, ask questions, and explore next steps. It’s an easy, meaningful way to grow deeper in your faith and in community.
